You know I love to goal setting - it's really great to be able to set time to think about your goals and figure out HOW you're going to achieve them.

I prefer the quarterly goal setting technique because I can break up larger goals into a three-month task - that makes it easier for me to set action steps and milestones for how I plan to achieve them. I might not always finish my goals on time, but I do finish them.
