HONEST OPINION ON ZONING

James gives his honest opinion on zoning, and why he thinks it may be a good idea to check to see if your ductwork is leaking before you install a zoning panel. He shares a story of a customer who installed a zoning panel in order to improve an upstairs that was too warm. After the zoning panel was installed, they were still having problems with their upstairs being uncomfortable.

James recommended doing a pre-seal test on their ductwork to see how much their ductwork was leaking. It was leaking more than 50%. After duct sealing with Aeroseal, the upstairs was comfortable and the zoning was able to produce the experience the customer expected.
