Interview with World War II Fighter Pilot Dino Cerutti

This interview is with Dino Cerutti. Dino is a World War II veteran fighter pilot who flew P-38 Lightnings and later P-51 Mustangs. Dino was a part of the 36th Fighter Squadron, 8th Fighter Group, 5th Air Force in the Pacific as they flew missions from the island of Ie Shima which is also one of the islands my great grandfather fought on and later occupied during the war. Listen as he shares his life story growing up in New York City serving in the Air Corps during the war and his life after the war. Enjoy!
