Silent Mode and Notifications: Before diving in, consider enabling Silent Mode in your Enterprise settings. This clever feature prevents immediate notifications to users upon Box access, giving you time to set up their accounts fully.

Accessing User Management: Head over to the Users & Groups section in your admin console. Start on the Managed Users tab—it’s your gateway to user management.

Manual Addition: If you’re adding just a few users, take the manual route.
CSV Bulk Upload: Got a crowd to add? Opt for the CSV method.
