Change is often hard, but some big change just occurred in Steamboat this week and I want to share some details. As of August 1, Colorado Group Realty has now joined forces with the Group out of Fort Collins, Colorado.

So, gone are the ubiquitous black and red signs of CGR and we usher in the blue and white signs of The Group . However, it’s not just the signs that are changing.

What does this mean to you?

First – This is great news. Not only will it increase our marketing exposure, (Because the Group is the Leading real estate company in Northern Colorado since 1976 based on market share.). The Group is one of the most productive real estate companies in America (according to Real Trends media). This high productivity has more to do with culture and accountability, and the high level of standard affiliated within their culture.

Unlike other national brands The Group was founded as a unique real estate company built on relationships and trust. Relationships with customers and with each other are more important than the money or the deal.

History

Back in 1995, the 12 founders of Colorado Group realty set out to build a new real estate company in Steamboat. After looking at many business models, they concluded that a company out of the front range, called the Group, was a real estate model worth replicating. Founded in 1976, the Group is a unique real estate business that continues to be a leader in the industry, both in productivity and growth and more importantly, a culture that allows agents, and their respective clients, to prosper, and live the life they dream about.
So, while the most recognizable change you’ll see might be the real estate signs that are changing across Routt county, the level of service I provide, the dedication and infrastructure to support this level of commitment has just increased to a new level.
