all the recipes are on the screen so you can do a screen shot from your phone but the granola recipe is here:
a handful of almonds
a handful of quick oat
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp coconut chips
a handful of walnuts
3 tbsp honey
Mix it together and bake it for 15 min on 350 F check it often it get's brown really fast!

Sun fermented pickles

For the water
1 tbsp salt to 1 liter water or 4 and a half cup of water.

Spices
3 gloves of garlic,
3 tbsp of dill if you have a fresh one even better and i would use one whole dill.
mustard seeds (optional) 1 tbsp
Put the cucumbers very tightly in the jar as much as you can. pour over the very warm water not boiling hot! Cove it put it on the sun for 2 - 3 days depends how hot the weather. The hotter the temperature the faster it ferments.

My other often asked recipes:

SMOOTHIE RECIPE

fill the vitamix with loose mixed green
about 6 or 7 banana (brown spots on it)
1 tbsp hemp seed
2 glass of water (about 16 oz)
1 glass of coconut water (about 8oz)
2 tbsp collagen (optional
1 tbsp MCT oil (oprional)
(makes a half a liter jar and 3 glass of smoothie)

CSALAMADE FERMENTED VEGGIES
I used:
1 full head of cabbage
4 carrots
1/2 head of purple cabbage
1 smaller head of cauliflower
2 cucumber
2 yellow pepper
2 red pepper
1 light yellow pepper
1 head of purple onion you can use yellow onion as well
2 cups of water 1/2 cup vinegar (white or if you prefer apple cider vinegar I used that one)
I didn't use sugar but if you want to you can add 3 tbsp or more taste it how you like it
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt or taste it to your like
You can get creative and use veggies you like
let it rest for 24 hours as you press it down once in a while to let the air bubbles out. I put mine into the jars after a few hours and I continued farther fermenting in the jars.
