On the subject of strings I've always noticed that most guitars have the string wound way too many times by the machine heads and I wanted to share a quick tip I learnt from Jimmy Rosenberg.

I saw his dad change a string on Jimmy's guitar at a gig years ago here in The Netherlands where he only wound the string twice at the headstock.

Way quicker to change and take off.
