INCOMTECH.ORG
I’ve been using this site since I started making movies. It’s a great resource for all genres of music.
The artist Kevin Macleod has created a massive library of hundreds of songs to choose from that are absolutely free. - explain mass amounts of people using the site, quality of music.

FMA
Free music archive is a great resource for music, ranging from old Time antique phonograph music to experimental electronic dance beats. The biggest con about this site, that that there is so much music, you really have to sift through allot.

#3
BEN SOUND
This website has some great high quality music. There isn’t allot available but if want to find something quickly that matches your production, here is where to do it.
In the middle area My favourite place ever to get music is from a friend or local band. It’s the best way to get unique music, that supports an other artist and can fit your project perfectly. If you’re working on a film or movie and need a score I highly recommend you reaching out to any musician friends to take a stab at your score. You’d be surprised at who would be interested. You also have the greatest tool in the world on front of you to reach out to bands around the world.

WHOA budget music:
Even though free is good, paid music is definitely the way to go for any corporate or commercial type video.
Here is what free music sounds like in this scene: Use incomtech. Here is what Paid music sounds like:
Use premium Beat

#1 PREMIUM BEAT
Best site, easy to search, quick to find exactly what you’re looking for. Each song goes for around $60

#2 Audio Jungle
Cheapers than premium beat, massive selection and good quality: Songs go for around $16-$30

#3 MUSIC BED
Extremely expensive but you get some of the most professional music for your project. And if your working on a higher budget film you can get some great songs for that project. Each song or tune range from 60 - $1000 + depending on what your audience is, who you’re doing the project for. Etc…
