Why My ECU Was Bad & Throwing A Code 9

Turns out the Accord's junkyard ECU was faulty. It kept throwing an OBD1 code 9. After going over the distributor it turned out to be the ECU. When opening the ECU and going over it with a magnifying glass we found 2 capacitors were blown out on the bottoms causing this issue. We grabbed up a very nice ECU on Ebay from Salty_Flats and it fixed all the issues. There may be a chance later on that the old ECU could be salvaged and fixed with some new capacitors for C14 & C17.
