How to Remove a Stuck F22 Balancer Shaft Bolt

This applies to Honda F series engines. This is the best way to remove the front balancer shaft gear bolt if it's stuck. The factory guides tell you to use a screwdriver to hold the shaft but I have broken 3 screwdrivers trying to remove this gear.
