Many people ask: Which city in Mexico has the best food?

Google will tell you that Oaxaca has been designated as the gastronomic capital of Mexico and that the most famous food is "TLAYUDA" !!

But because I never 100% trust what I read on the Internet (hahaha), I decided to explore one of the many food markets in Oaxaca on my own.

I wanted to know if Oaxaca food has something special to offer ...
