Leg Extensions 15 reps
Hack Squat 10 reps
-Barbell Squat 4 sets 10 reps
-Leg press 3 sets 15 reps (feet close)
Hamstrings:
-Lying Leg curl 4 sets 10 tough reps (after warm up)
-Seated Leg Curl 4 sets 15 reps
-Cable Pull Throws 3 sets 15 reps (not shown)
