The term has been batted around to describe a higher number of people either quitting or changing jobs during the pandemic. And even though Canada seems to be trailing the U.S. according to data, there's no denying that attitudes and expectations about work life are changing. What's behind this trend: workplace dissatisfaction, career burnout, a sudden bouquet of choices?
