23:13 Hey, Alex. I'm trying to increase my back squat but my core fatigues before my legs and I get out of breath quickly, I'm working very light because I struggle with mobility/depth. I was wondering how to increase my squat, specifically how I should work on these weaknesses. Btw, my deadlift (sumo) and leg press (high foot placement) are a lot stronger in proportion to my squat.
