SNP Scandal: 'Peter Murrell Is A CROOK... Let's Call It Out'

Former chief executive of the Scottish National Party, Peter Murrell, has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than £400,000 from party funds.

Mr Murrell admitted the offence at the High Court in Edinburgh, with prosecutors stating the money was taken over a period of years and used for personal spending including vehicles and luxury goods.

Nicola Sturgeon, former first minister, has denied any knowledge or suspicion of items her estranged husband bought.
