Meal Prep | Using an Air Fryer with Joie Chavis
Happy Tuesday everyone! I am back with a new cooking video for you all. I know we have been staying safe at home so I wanted to share a few tips on how I meal prep - especially while we are spending so much time in the kitchen! I used my COSORI air fryer to make my veggies, but they are also oven friendly recipes. I am prepping for my Home Challenge that started on April 13th. Next week I will be sharing how to finish off each meal to balance out each dish and store in a fridge friendly way. Air Fryer: 6 Minutes at 300 Degrees
Oven: 20 Minutes at 275 Degrees
Brussels Sprouts:
Balsamic Vinegar
Grape-seed Oil
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Air Fryer: 15 Minutes at 300 Degrees
Oven: 35 Minutes at 400 Degrees
Green Beans:
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Garlic
Lemon Juice
Grape-seed Oil
Air Fryer: 8 - 10 Minutes at 300 Degrees
Oven: 10 - 15 Minutes at 400 Degrees
Squash + Zucchini:
Soy Sauce
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Grape-seed Oil
Crushed Red Pepper
Garlic Powder with Herbs
Air Fryer: 8 - 10 Minutes at 300 Degrees
Oven: 20 - 30 Minutes at 425 Degrees
Broccoli:
Grape-seed oil
Black Pepper
All Purpose Seasoning: Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper + Sea Salt
Air Fryer: 8 - 10 Minutes at 300 Degrees
Oven: 20 Minutes at 425 Degrees
Sweet Potato Fries:
Grape-seed Oil
Garlic Powder
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Parsley Flakes
Air Fryer: 15 Minutes at 400 Degrees
Oven: 20 - 30 Minutes at 450 Degrees
