A patient that is 6 months overdue because of the pandemic finally makes it to the office. In his mid-60s with knee and lower back arthritis, it is very difficult for him to care for his own feet. Though his toenails are a little long, previous testing showed there to be no fungal infection. He does have calluses and dry skin that needed care.
