Today we take on Colorado's tallest mountain, Mount Elbert. Located just outside Leadville it towers with an elevation of 14,440 feet and is the second tallest mountain in the lower 48 states behind California's Mount Whitney.

As far as 14ers go, it was actually relatively easy, no scrambling and nothing too hard. The only kicker was the elevation.
