ABOUT SCHUYLER
Schuyler Grant fell in love with vinyasa yoga in her early 20s, but her early enthusiasm for a rigorous flow practice led to occasional injuries. Only when she stepped back and took the time to examine the architecture of the body and build her knowledge of alignment-based yoga did her flow practice become a tool for healing. She believes that vinyasa is ultimately a vehicle for accessing meditation through embodied practice, but that you have to grow strong wings before you can fly.
