Knee Gainer Tutorial - Street Workout

Knee gainer tutorial is a simple and easy move to add in your street workout freestyle combos as a dismount.

This is a move used by the parkour community as well and this is beginner friendly.
What I mean by beginner friendly is that you can do this with a simple swing with your knees, but also from the top, that’s a little bit harder
Remember to have long pants so you don’t burn your skin when swinging a lot.

Remember to ALWAYS warm up before doing any freestyle training or any training at all. Most of the injuries in street workout are from not warming up enough, warm up your shoulder, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles properly.
This will help you prevent unnecessary injuries to the joints and ligaments that you don’t want to get.
