-Pljeskavice is often called the Serbian hamburger.
-Pljeskavice and ćevapčići taste very similar to us. Please let us know the difference between the two?
-Shopska salads can include...red sweet pepper (paprika), tomato, onion, cucumber then finished with fresh grated Serbian cheese. There were no clinkers in this meal! Everything was deliciously yummy!!

The unusual name Kafana “?” happened due to a dispute with the the church. The owners wanted to reference the cathedral as part of the kafana's name. Holy Archangel Michael Orthodox Church is across the street from the kafana\tavern. As you would expect that idea did not go over well with the authorities. So, the temporary solution was to put a question mark on the door, and it stuck!

It is the oldest traditional kafana\tavern and one of the cities best known landmarks. It was built in 1823 on orders and with funds provided by the Prince of Serbia Miloš Obrenović
