Disney's New Prince -The 1984 Disney Hostile Takeover Attempt Part 5

Disney had won the battle, but the war was still up for grabs. After ridding themselves of Corporate Raider, Saul Steinberg, Disney was left with a damaged stock price, a looming $300M acquisition, and a new investor with unclear intentions. It became obvious to the Disney board that it was time for new management, and it was time for a new CEO.
