Walt Disney World is a vacation kingdom. With over 50 million guests every year, and over 70,000 cast members working there, it's easy to look at Disney World like a city. In reality, it's two cities and a special district. Today we're going to look at the creation of the cities of Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, as well as the Reedy Creek Improvement District.
