This guided hip mobility session is part of the Body Connection Mobility Program.
Designed to restore movement, improve joint health, and build control, this session focuses on slow, intentional exercises that target hip rotation, depth, and stability.
Take your time, move with awareness, and focus on quality over range.
Consistency is key — small daily practice leads to long-term results.

Duration: ~10 minutes
Equipment: None
1. Hip Mobility Session – Guidelines
90/90 Rotations
→ 8–10 reps per side
→ Slow and controlled
2. Deep Squat Hold
→ 30–60 seconds
→ Use elbows to gently open hips
3. STANDING HIP ROTATION
→ 5-8 slow circles each direction
→ Stay stable, no compensation
4. World’s Greatest Stretch
→ 6–8 reps per side
→ Add rotation with control
