💪 6 Key Movements:
Wide Push-Up – chest + shoulder activation
Neutral Grip Push-Up – deeper triceps + chest work
Pike Push-Up – shoulder strength + control
Mountain Climbers – dynamic core + cardio boost
Plank Jacks – core stability + heart rate elevation
L-Sit Hold – advanced core + hip flexor endurance
