⅔ cup / 150 g unsalted butter, cubed and softened
½ cup + 1 tbsp / 115 g granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2⅓ cups / 300 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, to be added separately
A pinch of salt
1½ tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Baking
10 minutes @ 180°C / 350°F
