About this video:
This video describes the biomechanics behind a cheerleader doing a jump. There are many nuances that most skip or never knew existed. Learn how rolling the pelvic bone (hips) under will create the look of a hyper extended toe touch. Coaches will see all the different ways that it can be performed. You won't want to miss the jump drills that help the athletes discover the feeling without ever leaving the ground. This is much safer than trying an incorrect toe touch.
