Boris Johnson faces questions from MPs as Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty said a UK epidemic of coronavirus is likely. The Prime Minister's Home Secretary Priti Patel has also faced a growing number of allegations of bullying as Sir Philip Rutnam who dramatically quite his role as Home Office permanent secretary has begun legal proceedings against the governnment.

The issue is likely to come to a head at midday, with Jeremy Corbyn widely expected to pile pressure on Mr Johnson during Prime Minister’s Questions.
