HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE CORNED BEEF &EGG STEW

Whenever you are pressed for time but have to get food on the table Corned beef and egg stew is a simple tomato stew that is infused with some chunky corned beef and chunky eggs. It is easy but delicious, it pairs well with anything, rice, yam, Kennedy, bread, etc etc.
Ingredients:
2 medium onions sliced
2 sliced medium sized tomatoes
1 -28oz can crushed tomato
I can corned beef
1 tsp mixed spice (combination of anise seeds, nutmeg, cloves, rosemary)
1 tsp ginger
5 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp shrimp powder or 1 Maggie tablet
6 large eggs
1heaping tsp tspn curry powder
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
2 medium bell peppers
1/2 tspn dried rosemary
1 tspn paprika
Garnishing

Basil
Green onions
