Di video kali ini saya terinsiprasi dari salah satu channel youtube di perancis yang lagi viral saat ini
jadi ini creme brulee yg ekonomis dan cara bikinnya praktis
yukk cobaiin ini di rumah :) cocok untuk ide jualan bulan puasa

Resep Creme Brulee Ekonomis
Bahan :
- 100 g Margarine / Butter = Rp 3.500,-
- 120 g Tepung Protein Sedang = Rp 1.325
- 1000 ml Susu Cair Full Cream = Rp 16.000
- 100 g Gula Pasir = Rp 1.300
- 1/2 sdt Pasta Vanilla = Rp 500
Bahan Karamel :
- 100 g Gula Pasir = Rp 1.300
- 150 ml Air Panas
- 1 sdm Munjung Tepung Maizena + 50 ml Air = Rp 200

Total Modal Bahan Yang Terpakai = Rp 24.125,-

Kisaran harga jual Rp 8.000,- volume 250 ml, ini belom termasuk Jar ya :)
