1st exercise - Arnold press + Close grip overhead press ( 12 reps each movement )
2nd exercise - Lateral raise (12 reps)
3rd exercise - Reverse overhead flys (12 reps)
4th exercise - Upright rows + overhead press (12 reps each movement )
** do 4 sets of this exercises and take 2- 3 min of rest between each sets
