Curry rice with stir fry vegetables | Dinner party ideas

INGREDIENTS:

* 5 cups jasmine rice
* 6 shallots (substitute with 1 large onion)
* 1 tbsp garlic paste
* 1&1/2 tbsp curry powder
* 1 &1/2 heaping tbsp ghee (substitute with same amount of butter or any oil of choice)
* 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning (substitute with 1 chicken or vegetable stock cube)
* Salt to taste
* 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
* 1&1/2 cups chicken broth
* 3 cups water( water must be slightly above rice in the pot for maximum fluffiness)
