Learn how to make a rectangle skirt! In this video, I am making a long / full length historical petticoat with cartridge pleating. Use this skirt tutorial to create modern, fantasy, and historical skirts. It's very versatile and goes with many projects. This is basically a rectangle skirt done with cartridge pleating and pocket slits, so you can wear pockets underneath. I use this method with 16th - 19th century historical clothing, as well as modern fantasy designs.
