Making Some Victorian Petticoats

Welcome to the next installment in my La Belle Epoque Series!
Petticoats are fairly simple to make, so they are a great project for beginners!
MATERIALS:
1st Petticoat
2.7 meters blue striped cotton
1.8 meters cotton Voile
.5 meters cotton broadcloth
3.8 meters lace
4 meters ribbon
2 meter twill tape
2nd Petticoat
3 meters thin striped cotton
3.4 meters thick striped cotton
2 meters twill tape
6 meters grosgrain ribbon
