Road to the Arnold - Mike Burke, Strongman

Introducing: Road to the Arnold, a new Rogue video series that takes us behind the scenes with a select group of athletes as they train for the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival.

First up is Strongman Mike Burke. Burke has made quite a name for himself in his short time on the pro circuit. In 2011, his first year competing, Burke took first place in the Olympia Strongman Challenge. He followed that up in 2012 with a first place finish in the America's Strongest Man competition. Fast forward to 2014 and Burke placed 4th in the World's Strongest Man and third in the Arnold Strongman Classic, which is considered by many to be the hardest of any strongman competition.

Rogue followed Burke as he trains for the 2015 Arnold Strongman Classic, held in Columbus, OH in March.
