Club feet deformity in a child can be easily managed with correct plaster & minimal surgery even in older children nowadays. Earlier, we used to operate on these children but with massive surgery these feet became stiff and children never got flexible feet. with a new concept of management, the child is being saved from major surgery, and the length of the foot is maintained as well with supple & mobile feet. we have used plaster (4-8) & minimal surgery in all age groups with excellent results.
