Matte Screen Magic: TCL NXTPAPER 60 Ultra Review

This is not only the best TCL NXTPAPER phone we’ve seen so far, it’s also among the most comfortable phones I’ve ever used. Matte screen, no glare, EMR stylus… and it almost replaced my Galaxy. Let’s check out of it’s a better compromise for eye-comfort and eye-care than what E-Ink phones typically offer.

With the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra, TCL has launched their most powerful NXTPAPER smartphone to date, aiming to reduce blue light exposure, combat eye fatigue, and eliminate reflections — all while offering a device that doesn’t come with the usual compromises you'd expect from a midrange phone. But that’s not all. For the first time in this form factor, they’ve introduced a stylus — and not just any stylus — this is an EMR pen, which is arguably the most responsive technology available for handwriting and drawing on a screen like this.

And while it’s exciting to see TCL continuing to innovate with their NXTPAPER product line, there are still a few things we need to talk about.
