Graduates have the power to shape the future of the workplace. What they demand of their employers will set precedence for future working practices. While there is greater awareness of the need for wellbeing in the workplace following the COVID-19 pandemic, there is still much to bedone to shift the dial to improve wellbeing in the workplace. Megan Wesley is the Co-founder and Director of Libratum, a corporate wellness start-up, focused on transforming the lives and wellbeing of people at work. From humble beginnings, to organic growth and a deep passion for wellness, Libratum’s mission is to help companies build a conscious culture of awareness and positive change, where people are empowered take care of their wellbeing and companies can achieve happy, healthy and high-performing teams.
