I'm Alexis (you can call me Lex) and I'm a Lolita's Legacy certified teacher.
I work full-time alongside my mom in the phenomenal studio she's created throughout my childhood.

As I taught, I found myself excited to continue my learning so I am currently working through Lolita San Miguel's Pilates Master Mentor Program with hopes to someday pass and become one of her disciples.

BUT in the meantime I'm teaching my little heart out, making videos to grow my communication skills (among so many others) and spread the work that Joseph Pilates wanted everyone to experience!
