DC mayoral candidates waffled on the issue of youth curfews at debate

Several D.C. mayoral candidates appeared to struggle to commit to an answer on the question of youth curfews in the district during a debate on Saturday. This came the same night a "teen takeover" in the Navy Yard had to be broken up by police following gunfire.
