Although our thoughts might seem random, they have the potential to impact your life.

I stress this concept with my students at @ENTREInstituteOfficial so much that they are probably sick of hearing it, but it's true.

Here's an example of what I'm talking about...

❌ Thoughts like, "You're not good enough," "You don't have what it takes," "You don't have the right background/skills," etc., can make reaching your goals much more difficult.

💪🏻 On the other hand, thoughts like, "I can do hard things," "I operate with excellence," "I can learn new skills," etc., are much more likely to push you closer to what you envision for yourself.

So, let me ask you this...

Are you controlling your thoughts or letting your thoughts control you? 👊🏻
