This is the jem of café where we visited during our recent trip to KL. There are many hipster cafes popping out in KL lately. I believe if Underwood continues to deliver such good food, it is here to stay for a long time.

It is located at the end of Jalan Sahabat. There is a Chinese temple nearby. It is walking distance from the chaotic Jalan Alor.

We went for our breakfast. The eggy brioche (MYR 29) comes with French toast which is well done. It goes very well with the salty chicken ham. Add a little coffee caramel. Taste of sweet and salty combination. Beautiful. I must say the presentation is also very appetizing.

Breakfast sandwich (MYR 25) is actually a burger with potato bun with homemade chicken patty. The sunny side up egg brightens your morning with the crispy fries.

My cappuccino (MYR 12) is rich and creamy with aromatic flavour. Hot chocolate (MYR 17) with soy milk is also creamy and flavourful. Passionate Kiss (MYR 19) is another popular house smoothie of creamy mango pudding. A very colourful and unique drink.

The pain au chocolate croissant (MYR 12) is flaky and fresh. Eat it with your coffee. Nice.

I notice there is a wood fired oven for the pizza. I wish I could try. We were just too full to order. Perhaps next time.
