"Rewired Soul" Channel Criticism | Mental Health Education or Entertainment?

This video attempts to answer the question: Can I offer constructive criticism of another YouTube channel that involves mental health named the “Rewired Soul.” Rewired Soul is a mental health/entertainment YouTube channel that has a number of videos. The host is a content creator named Chris Boutte. I don't know Chris personally and I've never communicated with them. My criticism is directed at the channel Rewired Soul, and not toward Chris. Also, my critique is based on what's observable to me on the channel and even in that context, I've only watched about maybe 15 or 20 videos, which is a small percentage of the total content on the channel.
