It was a sad December for me and my brother Dan, and for many in the folk community. Our dear friend, mentor, and fellow musician David Surette passed away. It was a blessing and an honor to know him. This is one of the first tunes that Dan (featured here on guitar!) learned from David. It's an Irish tune, Planxty Fanny Power, written by Irish harpist Turlough O'Carolan. We recorded it in honor of David and I wanted to share it with you all.
