NAJMEKŠI ROLAT NA SVIJETU - BEZE KORE, ŠLAG I JAGODE - MERINGUE ROLL

Za mene ne postoji bolji rolat od ovoga, nadmašio je sve do sada napravljeno. Rolat koji se pravi sa suhim korama od bjelanjaka, šlagom i jagodama je nestao brzinom svjetlosti.
Ono što je posebno dobro je da se može odmah poslužiti, ne treba čekati sledeći dan i veoma se brzo pravi.

Ingredients:

For the sponge cake:

5 egg whites
220 g of sugar
10 g corn starch (mix with sugar)
1 tablespoon vinegar

Ingredients for the filling:

500 ml whipped cream
400 g of strawberries

Powdered sugar

Preparation

Whisk the egg whites and when they are whipped to half, start adding the mixed sugar with the corn starch.
Stir until you get a completely firm and stable mass.
Towards the end of whipping, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
Prepare a baking tray of your choice and place baking paper on it.
Transfer the egg whites over baking paper and bake for 10 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius and then reduce the temperature and bake for another 1 hour at 100 degrees Celsius.
When the crust is baked, transfer it to a napkin and wrap it in a roll.
Allow the crust to cool.
Whip 500 ml of whipping cream.
Also wash, dry and clean about 400 g of strawberries.
Cut the strawberries to the size you want.
Unroll the roll and coat it with whipped cream and put chopped strawberries over the cream.
Wrap the roll with a napkin and then sprinkle it richly with powdered sugar.
