This is a contemporary container house with three 40-foot Dry HC containers. On the ground floor a 40-foot container cut in half, and on the upper floor two 40-foot containers side by side, with an internal area of ​​approximately 110 m².

Interior Design, the main level has an open concept providing an exceptional space, living room (TV room), toilet, dining room, and integrated kitchen with breakfast bench and accents, stainless steel double sink, wet chute, large built-in refrigerator with lined doors, built-in oven and microwave and cooktop. This space extends outdoors with a sliding door that gives access to the back, a gourmet area with barbecue, table and bar counter, pool, and lounge.

The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which is a suite; TV room, bathroom, and laundry. The wooden floor covers the entire room, corridor, and three bedrooms to offer more comfort.
