Using two 40-foot HC Dry shipping containers, one whole and the other cut in half arranged side by side, with a total internal area of ​​approximately 640 square feet, this modern two bedroom L-shaped house has everything a family needs. There is also the possibility of using two 20-foot shipping containers to replace the Dry HC 40-foot shipping container cut in half.

The garden room was planned using a 40 feet HC Dry shipping container, we use retractable glass doors, allowing use during any season, bringing spaciousness and integration with the pool. The garden room has a gourmet area with a barbecue, fitness center, gamer space / TV area, and laundry. The container has the possibility of being cut to suit the width of the land.

The shipping container house has an open concept, integrating kitchen, dining room, office, and living room. The kitchen has large storage cabinets, as well as a carved stone sink, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Separating the kitchen from the dining room there is a bench with seating for breakfast. The dining room has a round table for four people, and the living room has a bespoke sofa, TV, and armchair. Space is illuminated by a large window, which has a curtain for privacy and light control.
