Police crackdown on protesters in Serbia

In Serbia, anti-government protests have stretched into their tenth month. Sparked by students demanding snap elections, the movement has grown — but the government refuses to give in. September saw the most violent clashes yet, with protesters calling out what they say is the harshest police crackdown so far. More rallies and road blockades are planned for the autumn.
