*I shave my head* Losing all my hair to chemotherapy

This video has taken a while to post because of how vulnerable it was for Delia. She feels it's important to share in hopes that it brings value to any others currently walking the road of breast cancer or any other path leading to chemotherapy. The cold capping didn't work as well as we had hoped and it was time to make a change. Delia decides to shave her head and cut off all the matted knots that proved to be unsalvageable. We both had a feeling this day would come but it was still a very emotional moment. As with the rest of the steps in this journey, Delia handles it with grace and positivity. We discuss some of the things that have made this burden much lighter to bare; namely wigs. Delia has found a new hobby it seems with changing up wigs and having fun with it. Balding and hair loss can be inevitable at times along with many other changes that occur as we walk through life. We cannot change what happens to us most of the time, but we can always control our outcome and response to life's challenges. There are always ways to find light in darkness and we hope this vlog brings value to anyone going through any trial life brings.
