I have breast cancer

On January 6, 2021 Delia was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. This was completely unexpected and has altered the trajectory of our lives for the foreseeable future. We discuss how we found out she had cancer, what her diagnosis was, her prognosis and steps to recovery as well as what this means for our future. We have struggled with infertility for several years and this is yet another roadblock to our goal of a full family. We continue to look forward with faith and hope. Delia has handled the news, her chemotherapy treatments and side effects with complete and utter grace. Her strength is inspiring and has been a gift given from God. We share a message of awareness to all so that others can be proactive and smart with their bodies to prevent the possible calamities of a cancer diagnosis. We appreciate the love, prayers and ongoing support. I kindly ask that all continue to pray for our lovely Delia.
